Gazprom Nedra LLC has completed 3D seismic exploration at the Tsentralno-Pogranichny license area in the Sea of Okhotsk. The total volume of research, which began in the navigation season of 2020, amounted to 3 thousand sq. km.

Under the company request, geophysical work was carried out by SKF GEO LLC. To implement the project, the eight-braced vessel Vyacheslav Tikhonov was involved, on board of which the quality of the received data was continuously monitored and their primary processing was carried out. In the future, to clarify the geological structure of the Tsentralno-Pogranichny license area, Gazprom Nedra LLC will interpret the obtained seismic data array.
