Cooperation between Gazprom Nedra and the Tyumen Region Government reaches a new level

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Yuri Borisov, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Urals Federal District Vladimir Yakushev and Governor of the Tyumen Region Aleksander Moor visited the Gazprom Nedra LLC office in Tyumen on September 15.
General Director of the Company Vsevolod Cherepanov acquainted guests with the work of the industrial Borehole Construction Centre (BCC) opened on the basis of Gazprom Nedra LLC, a high-tech structure created within the framework of the Unified Digital Platform of PJSC Gazprom being currently developed.

The Centre provides real time round-the-clock geological, engineering and technological support for the construction of production boreholes at Gazprom’s fields.
The signing ceremony of the Roadmap for the Implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Tyumen Region and Gazprom Nedra LLC, signed in December last year, took place at the BCC in the presence of Yuri Borisov and Vladimir Yakushev. The document was initialed by Aleksander Moor and Vsevolod Cherepanov.
According to the document, in the coming years the parties will work closely in the field of scientific and other research in the most promising areas in order to increase the efficiency of subsoil use, in particular, in the creation of competitive product samples in the field of geological exploration of subsoil and gas production. The Roadmap also specifies joint work in personnel training.

Commenting on the Roadmap’s signing, the General Director of Gazprom Nedra LLC expressed confidence that “new projects of the company, such as the opening of the Borehole Construction Center in Tyumen, will contribute to development and new areas of cooperation with the region in the future”.
“Today, in the presence of distinguished guests, we have consolidated our intentions for the next three years, and I hope that this is the first stage of many years of fruitful cooperation”, — said Vsevolod Cherepanov.
“Through Gazprom Nedra, we got a partner interested in using the capacities of research companies, industrial enterprises and higher educational institutions for the implementation of joint projects, which will make a significant contribution to the development of the fuel and energy complex in the region. We need systematic work in this area, and this is reflected in the document we signed”, — stressed the Governor of the Tyumen Region Aleksander Moor.
